Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a critical 6-month contract. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage HR systems and data for management and digital review. You will be responsible for maintaining HR dashboards, performing system testing (UAT), and managing employee master data. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HRIS Integration and a proactive approach to data extraction and troubleshooting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reporting to meet management and analytics targets.
  • Support system integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in employee master records, system testing (UAT), and data audits.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and IT departments to coordinate system upgrades, maintenance, and platform enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS-related issues while providing user support and maintaining professional SOPs and documentation.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRIS platforms to optimize reporting efficiency and professional data extraction.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, or Business plus a relevant professional HRIS Certificate.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 years specifically in HRIS/HR systems (UAE/GCC experience mandatory).
  • Strong background in management of HR data audits, user acceptance testing (UAT), and MIS reporting.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding system integration, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and a focus on meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume HRIS platform in Abu Dhabi.
