Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. These roles are fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring professionals who can oversee departmental functions for management and operational review. You will be responsible for leasing compliance, housekeeping supervision, or catering leadership depending on your specialism. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Labor Accommodation Standards and UAE Regulatory Systems and a proactive approach to team supervision and service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute leasing, housekeeping, or culinary tasks to meet management and service quality targets.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in contract documentation, maintenance logs, or kitchen safety records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site teams to supervise staff and manage daily operational activities effectively.
- Maintain high standards in service delivery while identifying and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and FM software to optimize resource allocation and professional departmental reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Diploma plus a professional HSE or Leasing Certificate.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE labor accommodation or hospitality sectors.
- Strong background in management of leasing contracts (Tawtheeq), housekeeping teams, or large-scale catering operations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding facility maintenance standards, food safety (HACCP), and UAE labor laws.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and the capability to work efficiently in team-oriented environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-standard accommodation services in Abu Dhabi.
