Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our core finance division. The role is responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounts operations, processing intercompany transactions, and managing spreadsheet balances to secure precise cash flow management in accordance with regional fiscal guidelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post key journal entries covering accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and monthly asset amortization.
• Conduct complete monthly bank reconciliations and verify intercompany transactions across business locations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assemble corporate documentation for routine tax filing.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing financial schedules, balancing reports, and statements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven professional experience handling bookkeeping, corporate reconciliations, and full-cycle ledger accounts.
• Diploma or Degree from an accredited accounting, business administration, or financial education institution.
• Strong practical knowledge of QuickBooks software or related ERP packages alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with digital data compliance, financial tracking applications, and enterprise Information Technology setups.
