Job Description:

L’AVO Restaurant is expanding its culinary operations and hiring immediate joint candidates for Kitchen Commis III and Kitchen Supervisor roles. This opportunity centers on food preparation, kitchen station management, and health standard compliance. Selected individuals will embed directly within a supportive, growth-oriented operational team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Commis III: Assist senior culinary staff with mise en place, daily station prep, and general workflow maintenance.
• Kitchen Supervisor: Oversee daily kitchen shifts, coordinate schedules, and manage team output consistency.
• Enforce all restaurant standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety metrics, and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain strict station cleanliness, hygiene rules, and ensure adherence to PIC guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial kitchen experience based in Dubai or the wider UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of restaurant back-of-house flows and food handling protocols.
• Kitchen Supervisor candidates must possess a valid, accredited Person in Charge (PIC) certification.
• Must be currently inside the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa with immediate availability to join.
