Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist to manage day-to-day enterprise user support and system troubleshooting tracks. This role within our Information Technology division centers on resolving hardware or software difficulties, provisioning access, and ensuring consistent stability for all department network channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and system performance issues.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup and access configuration.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory, equipment tracking, and asset records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance when required.
  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations across departments within the organization.
  • Document IT issues, solutions, and support activities for record-keeping.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in IT Helpdesk or technical IT Support roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Office 365 cloud environment.
  • Basic operational understanding of networking configurations, routing, and system support workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills paired with a clear corporate user-support mindset.
  • Relevant degree, diploma, or related technical certification in Computer Science or IT.
