🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional-quality property tours, aerial cinematic footage, agent profile showcases, and dynamic real estate social media content.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos tailored directly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and corporate marketing platforms.
- Produce visually compelling motion graphics and video layouts that align strictly with established brand standards and seasonal marketing goals.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams to brainstorm, script, and launch innovative property campaign concepts.
- Optimize video compression, aspect ratios, thumbnail frameworks, and metadata architectures for maximum visibility across digital marketing channels.
- Utilize modern AI-powered editing tools and smart caption automation systems to accelerate production workflows and increase workflow efficiency.
- Stay continuously updated with viral audio trends, fast-paced transitions, algorithmic adjustments, and real estate media best practices.
- Manage multiple content generation projects simultaneously, protecting high technical quality while meeting tight publishing timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent accredited certification in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or a matching creative discipline is preferred.
- Proven professional experience operating inside an active video production house, digital agency, or dedicated real estate media team, with a strong preference for Filipino nationals.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying color grading, audio engineering grids, and visual fx timelines inside Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro setups.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following creative sectors:
- Cinematic lighting placement, property interior camera movement, lens selection, and gimbal balancing.
- Short-form audience retention editing techniques, sound design overlays, and rhythmic visual cutting models.
- AI-powered generation software platforms including CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, and Opus Clip tools.
- Social media algorithm optimization, digital branding habits, file metadata tagging, and target audience analytics.
- Outstanding creative vision, an elite eye for aesthetic framing details, rapid problem-solving capabilities, and excellent speed under high-volume event schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication habits paired with the personal confidence to direct real estate agents and luxury property owners comfortably on active video sets.
