We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central brand development division and are seeking a highly creative, versatile Marketing Executive – Graphic Designer to govern multi-channel digital design pipelines and direct multi-tiered property promotion pathways in Dubai. Tailored for multidisciplinary creative specialists who possess advanced vector layouts habits and excel at translating raw architectural metrics into stunning interactive digital assets, this full-time, onsite position focuses on accelerating creative turnaround speeds, auditing content marketing repositories, and maximizing audience conversion rates under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update the main corporate website interfaces, landing portal layouts, and social media showcase systems to support optimal customer touchpoints.
- Create, schedule, and optimize interactive visual content assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
- Film and edit high-impact short-form and long-form property tour videos, agent spotlight segments, and corporate real estate project launch events.
- Design premium physical and digital marketing assets, including listing brochures, investor presentations, display advertisements, outdoor banners, and corporate print materials.
- Support the end-to-end planning, asset scheduling, and creative deployment of corporate lead generation campaigns and large-scale asset exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with onsite property sales teams to generate targeted creative materials that drive inbound lead capture and direct audience inquiry engagement.
- Ensure all design iterations and digital assets strictly align with corporate brand guidelines, legal disclosure criteria, and graphic formatting frameworks.
- Monitor live campaign conversion data, track social engagement indicators, and prepare weekly reports assessing creative performance metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a closely matching fully accredited creative field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating in a combined corporate marketing, dedicated digital agency design, or real estate multimedia production desk.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying color grading assets, layout typography, vector paths, and timeline cuts inside Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following digital media sectors:
- Graphic design principles, visual hierarchy techniques, typography systems, and modern print-to-web asset layout configurations.
- Video production workflows, stabilization techniques, sound balancing, and high-retention editing habits for algorithmic channels.
- Digital campaign administration, audience demographic targeting, metadata optimization, and web analytics monitoring practices.
- Real estate brand management, property showcase regulations, visual storytelling models, and multi-channel content scheduling grids.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, an elite eye for micro-design details, robust visual problems-solving habits, and excellent speed under tight property launch deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and content-writing habits paired with the personal confidence to direct corporate agents and coordinate design pipelines across separate operational groups.
