Job Description:
The Sales Executive / Marketing Executive will drive business growth, expand client networks, and lead marketing initiatives for specialized machinery rental services. Operating out of Dubai, this proactive professional will identify sales leads, perform site visits, present technical equipment quotations, plan promotional campaigns, and enhance brand presence across industrial markets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for forklift and dewatering products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate business agreements.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product and service delivery.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Organize exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or corporate marketing.
- Prior experience in equipment rental, construction machinery, industrial sales, or engineering solutions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred for candidates applying for the Sales Executive track.
