Job Description:
High End Films is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Account Coordinator to join its team in Dubai Studio City. Based in Dubai, this accounting support professional will manage daily financial documentation, enter data using Zoho Books, organize VAT filing records, maintain advanced Excel trackers, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations in a fast-paced production environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support to the team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Handle VAT-related documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with financial data entry using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain organized records while meeting deadlines and company standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3–5 years of dedicated accounting support or financial coordination experience in the UAE.
- Prior experience working within rental, logistics, media, or production industries is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on proficiency with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong expertise in handling UAE VAT documentation.
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict operational deadlines.
