Job Description:
Hadi Exchange is seeking a skilled IT Officer to support its corporate technology infrastructure across the United Arab Emirates. Based in the UAE, this IT operations professional will provide front-line technical support for hardware and software, manage network and system administration tasks, execute system upgrades, resolve user issues, and ensure secure and uninterrupted operational systems across financial branch operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with system administration and network management tasks.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
- Support system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure IT resources are operating securely and efficiently.
🔹 Requirements:
- B.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration; UAE experience is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, network protocols, and software applications within an IT network.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, technical adaptability, and ability to work independently or within team structures.
- Commitment to operational security, data confidentiality, and maintaining system availability in a regulated financial services environment.
