Job Description:
Global Farms LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage store and packhouse inventory operations in Al Ain. Based in Al Ain, this inventory management professional will inspect and log incoming produce and packaging, oversee stock reconciliation via ERP/WMS systems, implement strict FIFO/FEFO issuing rules, enforce HACCP and food safety standards, and collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics departments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and packaging supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Issue materials to production while ensuring FIFO and FEFO compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and perform stock reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage of fresh produce, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with food safety and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of storekeeper experience in FMCG, fresh produce, food manufacturing, or packhouse operations.
- Strong working knowledge of stock control practices, warehouse documentation, and FIFO/FEFO inventory protocols.
- Experience using ERP software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is considered an advantage.
- Good English communication capabilities, attention to detail, and understanding of HACCP food safety compliance.
