Job Description:
Seven Tides Group is seeking an experienced Accountant – Leasing & Property Management to join its Finance & Accounting team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this Accounts Receivable specialist will manage property billing and collections, perform ledger reconciliations, support month-end closing, ensure UAE VAT and IFRS compliance, utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and coordinate financial operations across a diverse real estate portfolio.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable activities including billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders regarding leasing and property-related financial matters.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience, with prior exposure to the UAE real estate, leasing, or property management sector highly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS standards, and accounts receivable reconciliation procedures.
- Hands-on operational proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), along with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong financial reporting, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication capabilities.
