Job Description:
Rebel Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant – Freight Forwarding & Logistics to join its expanding operations in JAFZA, Dubai. Based in JAFZA, this finance professional will oversee daily logistics billing and invoicing, maintain freight operational financial records, support freight rate pricing and quotation analysis, coordinate shipment documentation, and assist with financial controls within a fast-paced logistics environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting activities including invoicing, billing, and financial documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to freight forwarding operations.
- Support pricing activities, including freight rate analysis and quotation preparation.
- Coordinate shipment operations, documentation, bookings, and customer requirements.
- Develop business opportunities through client acquisition and relationship management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of direct accounting or operational experience within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Solid expertise in freight forwarding billing, invoicing, shipping documentation, and freight rate analysis.
- Must possess a valid UAE Residence Visa (Freelance Visa, Spouse Visa, or Own Visa).
- Strong financial record management, communication, customer coordination, and organizational capabilities.
