Job Description:

The Medical Coder / Receptionist will combine front office reception duties with medical coding and billing, handle patient registration, verify insurance eligibility and TPA procedures, submit claims using EMR systems, and ensure compliance with DHA regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk operations.
• Handle telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient coordination.
• Perform accurate medical coding and billing.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Follow up on rejected or returned insurance claims.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with DHA regulations and clinic policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Coding, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Previous administrative or clinical experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting.
• Experience with medical coding, billing, and UAE insurance/TPA procedures.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and DHA regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong English communication skills with professional customer service ability; immediate joiners preferred.
