Job Description:

The Safety Officer will conduct site safety inspections, lead hazard identifications and risk assessments, deliver toolbox talks, maintain safety documentation, and enforce UAE HSE compliance for Capriole Construction Co. L.L.C. in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across construction sites.
  • Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and promote safe working practices among site teams.
  • Prepare and maintain safety reports and incident documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
  • Support the implementation of safety procedures and corrective actions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated construction safety experience in the UAE.
  • Mandatory NEBOSH certification with active ADOSH General Practitioner or Senior Practitioner status.
  • Demonstrated expertise in site safety management, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to attend an in-person physical interview.
  • In-depth working knowledge of UAE HSE laws, municipal regulations, and construction safety practices.
