Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will respond to client inquiries, prepare sales quotations, liaise with suppliers, process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and follow up on orders for Nine Ventures Décor & Tableware LLC in Business Bay, Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through email and phone in a professional manner.
• Understand client requirements, product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare accurate quotations and maintain sales documentation.
• Follow up consistently with clients until orders are confirmed.
• Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support day-to-day sales operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory 2–3 years of sales coordination experience within the UAE.
• Experience in hospitality supplies, hotel procurement, FF&E, or luxury tableware trading is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and quotation preparation skills.
