Job Description:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, conduct room and public area quality inspections, lead room attendants, manage cleaning inventory, and coordinate maintenance requests for Novel Hotel City Center in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the proper use, storage, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene standards, safety regulations, and housekeeping procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

🔹 Requirements:

• High School Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience within UAE hotels; prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is required.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, room inspection protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Proven leadership, team management, communication, and departmental coordination capabilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
