Job Description:

The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting IT systems, managing hardware and software, maintaining server operations, and ensuring data security. Working within the Information Technology division, the ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues and provide comprehensive end-user support.

• Support IT systems and server operations.
• Configure, install, and maintain computers and IT devices.
• Manage software installations, updates, and licensing.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in server administration, software licensing, and IT security practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
