Job Description:

The Finance Manager / Senior Accountant will oversee key accounting functions while working closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams to maintain accurate financial and inventory records. Working in the Accountant and financial services capacity, the ideal candidate will lead financial reporting, taxation compliance, and inventory costing operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger operations.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with UAE accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments for accurate inventory and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate costing records for tobacco products, cigarettes, HNB products, and related raw materials.
• Monitor raw material consumption, production yields, wastage, and finished goods reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and physical inventory verification.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns in accordance with FTA requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and stock reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently.
