Job Description:

The QA/QC Engineer will oversee site supervision, inspect construction quality standards, enforce local regulations, and manage project compliance documentation. Working within the engineering and site management teams, the ideal candidate will ensure complete alignment with ADM regulations and Estidama framework requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with project teams to maintain construction standards.
• Review project documents, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented effectively throughout project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams regarding quality issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and support project quality audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven UAE engineering consultancy and site supervision experience in building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ADM regulations, Estidama requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, engineering documentation, and inspection processes.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
