Job Description:

The 3D Visualizer – 3ds Max Designer will focus on studio-based visualization to produce photorealistic interior, landscape, and architectural renders. Working within the design studio and engineering consultancy team, the ideal candidate will transform concept drawings into high-impact visual presentations for client meetings and tender submissions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renders for interior fit-out and architectural projects.
• Develop high-quality landscape and outdoor space visualizations.
• Prepare presentation renders for client meetings and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into realistic visual presentations.
• Ensure all visualizations meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Produce creative and accurate renderings within project deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, D5 Render, and SketchUp.
• Demonstrated experience creating both interior and landscape/outdoor visualizations.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural and interior renders.
