Job Description:

The Logistics Operations Officer will oversee end-to-end shipment coordination, manage customs documentation, negotiate freight bookings, and drive operational cost efficiency. Working within the logistics management division, the candidate will liaise with shipping lines, cargo agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless air, sea, and land cargo movement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.
• Coordinate freight bookings across Air, Sea, and Land transportation.
• Handle customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost-control activities.
• Coordinate with cargo agents, shipping lines, and service providers.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily logistics operations and resolve operational issues.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures, Free Zone operations, and Mainland shipments.
• Proven expertise in managing freight forwarding, cargo agents, shipping lines, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred.
