Job Description:

The Operations Manager – Roads & Infrastructure will lead construction operations, manage site teams and resources, and coordinate with subcontractors across multiple projects to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple roads and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, operational performance, budgets, and deadlines.
• Develop effective resource planning strategies to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as an Operations Manager in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Previous experience with a similar road contracting company is mandatory.
• Proven track record managing site teams, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, resource planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Jordanian or Lebanese nationality is preferred.
