Job Description:

The Network Engineer will configure, monitor, optimize, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and security protocols within a dynamic IT team in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewall devices.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and overall system health.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance-related issues.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP services.
• Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewall management.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification is an advantage.
• Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
