Job Description:

The HR Executive – Recruitment will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, handle bulk hiring for blue-collar workforce and white-collar professionals, lead candidate screening and interviewing, and coordinate with construction project managers to fulfill manpower demands.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring.
• Stay updated with UAE labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Dubai/UAE recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment procedures.
• Experience recruiting for the construction industry is highly preferred.
