Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst – Fintech & Payments will analyze complex business requirements, author BRDs/FSDs and user stories, support digital payment ecosystem projects (including wallets, card issuing/acquiring, and transaction settlement), and bridge gaps between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
• Support payment solutions involving wallets, card issuing/acquiring, and transaction processing.
• Analyze system integrations, APIs, microservices, and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and digital banking initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Digital Banking environments.
• Deep domain knowledge of wallets, card issuing/acquiring, transaction lifecycles, KYC/AML, and settlement processes.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, BPMN 2.0, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and UAE/CBUAE regulatory frameworks.
• CBAP/CSPO certification and UAE fintech experience are considered strong advantages.
