Job Description:

The Game Platform Operations Specialist will manage platform operations, coordinate with international stakeholders, analyze user data, and execute engagement campaigns to support game launches and community-building initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily game platform operations, campaigns, content, and performance tracking.
• Analyze platform data to identify user growth opportunities and improve engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players, gaming communities, KOLs, and social groups.
• Plan and execute online and offline gaming events and promotional campaigns.
• Collect user feedback and recommend improvements to platform features and services.
• Coordinate with China headquarters and game publishing partners on ongoing projects.
• Support game launches, updates, localization, and joint marketing activities.
• Drive paid user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance and prepare operational reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming, platform operations, user operations, or app operations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong background in mobile and PC gaming platforms, player behavior, and community engagement.
