Job Description:

The Operations Manager will lead and manage end-to-end business operations, oversee procurement, supply chain, and logistics activities, build supplier relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end business operations across multiple functions.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant managerial experience.
• Strong background in operations, procurement, trading, supply chain, or related industries.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, customers, logistics operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
