Job Description:
The HVAC Site Engineer will supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities, coordinate site operations, and ensure high-quality execution of HVAC systems across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Plan and coordinate site activities according to project schedules and technical specifications.
- Review HVAC drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chilled Water Systems, VRF/VRV, DX Systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
