Job Description:

The IT Operations Expert will oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage servers and network systems, maintain CCTV and application infrastructure, and provide responsive technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
• Administer software applications and ensure system availability.
• Monitor and support CCTV systems and related IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide website support and deliver day-to-day technical assistance to employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant UAE experience in IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
• Experience managing servers, networks, and CCTV systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent operational abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
