Job Description:

The IT Support / IT Executive will manage technical infrastructure, resolve hardware and software issues, maintain clinical networks, support data backup procedures, and collaborate with operational management to ensure continuous, uninterrupted IT operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support for clinic computer systems, workstations, and staff users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, email configuration, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and operating systems.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and medical software stability to prevent downtime.
• Respond promptly to technical support tickets, user requests, and system troubleshooting inquiries.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, system security updates, and daily data backup procedures.
• Liaise with external IT service providers and technical vendors for specialized maintenance when required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on IT support and systems administration experience.
• Candidates must currently reside and be based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Solid working knowledge of hardware diagnostics, Windows OS, email protocols, LAN/WAN networks, and system security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical tasks independently.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach with good communication capabilities.
