Job Description:

The Desktop Migration Engineer will plan and execute large-scale Windows 10/11 enterprise desktop migration projects, administer SCCM/ConfigMgr and Active Directory environments, develop PowerShell automation scripts, and collaborate with IT management teams to deliver secure endpoint infrastructure solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, configure, and execute Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise migration and OS deployment projects.
• Manage and maintain corporate desktop environments utilizing SCCM/MECM, MDT, and User State Migration Tool (USMT).
• Provide tier-3 desktop engineering escalation support, resolving complex OS, hardware, and application issues.
• Configure and manage Active Directory objects, Group Policy Objects (GPO), domain services, and identity controls.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, Outlook clients, and enterprise endpoint security agents.
• Write and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to automate system deployments, administrative tasks, and software rollouts.
• Monitor system health, enforce EDR endpoint security policies, and manage Commvault enterprise backup solutions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in desktop engineering, Windows OS migration, and enterprise IT support.
• Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is strictly mandatory for this position.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 rollout procedures, SCCM/ConfigMgr, MDT, USMT, and Active Directory / GPO.
• In-depth familiarity with TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Commvault backup environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and task automation within enterprise domain infrastructures.
