Job Description:

The Air Export Operations Executive will manage daily air export freight movements, handle specialized dangerous goods (DGR) and perishable cargo documentation, arrange airline space bookings, ensure Dubai Customs compliance, and partner with logistics management teams to guarantee timely air cargo shipments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end air export shipment workflows, including airway bill (MAWB/HAWB) generation and flight bookings.
• Process documentation for specialized shipments, including dangerous goods (DGR), perishable goods, and Freezone exports.
• Ensure strict compliance with IATA regulations, airline booking guidelines, and Dubai Customs clearance procedures.
• Liaise closely with airline representatives, ground handling agents, cargo terminal operators, and overseas agents.
• Monitor flight departures, track cargo transit statuses, and resolve operational shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Communicate proactive shipment status updates to clients and internal customer service teams.
• Verify export billing, carrier freight invoices, and ensure accurate job costing for all air export files.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in air freight export operations within a freight forwarding agency in the UAE.
• Proven experience handling specialized shipments including Dangerous Goods (DGR), perishable cargo, and Freezone transfers.
• In-depth technical knowledge of air export documentation, IATA standards, customs clearance rules, and airport cargo handling.
• Strong organizational capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join the organization in Dubai will be given preference.
