🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment workflows for assigned company roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates using job boards, recruitment portals, and network channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interview meetings between prospective candidates and internal hiring managers.
• Maintain constant communication and deliver process follow-ups with applicants throughout the hiring cycle.
• Organize accurate recruitment files, candidate logs, offer paperwork, and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the human resources department to fulfill hiring needs within target timeframes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Male candidates are requested by the employer for this position.
• At least 2 years of proven professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Solid expertise in end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening techniques, and applicant coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with standard recruitment documentation, employment procedures, and candidate tracking.
• Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
