Job Description:

The IT Sales Manager will drive hardware product sales, oversee showroom retail execution, handle client consultations, execute target-based revenue campaigns, and work closely with senior management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT product sales pipelines and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Engage showroom customers, identify hardware requirements, and recommend tailored computing solutions.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat sales pipelines.
• Manage floor merchandising, product availability, and customer service standards within the showroom.
• Lead commercial negotiations, formulate price quotations, and close hardware sales deals effectively.
• Track sales metrics, analyze local market trends, and implement growth initiatives to boost revenue.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, computer hardware, or technology retail.
• Demonstrated track record in showroom sales operations and direct customer handling in the UAE.
• Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under performance KPIs.
• In-depth technical understanding of IT hardware components, enterprise equipment, and computing accessories.
