Job Description:

The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, support UAE VAT compliance, perform bank reconciliations, and work under operational management in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate ledger accounts, financial records, and daily bookkeeping logs for contracting operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payment processing and invoice collection.
• Prepare project invoices, verify vendor bills, process client receipts, and execute monthly account reconciliations.
• Support VAT return calculations, maintain tax records, and ensure strict compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Generate regular financial summaries, trial balances, and operational expense reports for senior management.
• Work independently to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven accounting experience within the UAE; prior experience in contracting or construction is preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of general accounting principles, VAT documentation, invoicing protocols, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP tools) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High precision, strong organizational abilities, and immediate availability (candidates on dependent visas are encouraged to apply).
