Job Description:
The M365 Engineer will manage enterprise Microsoft 365 services, oversee Entra ID identity governance, configure Intune MDM, automate cloud administrative workflows, and ensure robust security policies under infrastructure management in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Administer enterprise Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Conditional Access policies.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain device enrollment and mobile endpoint management via Microsoft Intune.
- Develop custom PowerShell scripts to automate cloud system tenant administration and user provisioning tasks.
- Implement data protection controls using Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks.
- Monitor tenant health, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and ensure high availability across collaboration environments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 enterprise administration and cloud security.
- Must hold the Microsoft Certified: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification.
- Expert-level skills in PowerShell scripting, Intune deployment, Entra ID governance, and Defender endpoint security.
- Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills within an onsite corporate infrastructure team.
