The Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager will direct daily floor operations, supervise front-of-house staff, maintain service excellence, oversee specialty beverage service, and lead restaurant setup under operational management in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fine dining restaurant operations, ensuring seamless guest service and high operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, luxury hospitality experiences.
• Maintain proactive guest relations, manage customer inquiries, and resolve service recovery situations professionally.
• Monitor service workflows, hygiene protocols, inventory controls, and restaurant presentation guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively across kitchen, floor, and administrative teams to streamline overall dining operations.
• Support pre-opening activities, staff training modules, and launch operational setups where required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations and hospitality management.
• Prior operational experience in French or Italian fine dining concepts is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of specialty coffee operations, beverage service, and culinary presentations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, guest relation, and team management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with pre-opening setups is a distinct advantage; immediate availability is highly preferred.
