Job Description:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will handle visa processing, liaise with UAE government authorities, manage trade license renewals, and oversee official document attestation under administrative HR and corporate management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee entry permits, employment visas, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness tests, and MOHRE labor contracts.
• Manage corporate trade license renewals, commercial amendments, government permits, and official company documentation.
• Oversee fleet and company vehicle registrations, renewals, passing tests, and associated transport documentation.
• Handle legal document attestations, ministry approvals, and submissions to relevant UAE government bodies.
• Liaise directly with UAE immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET), Tasheel, Amer, and government service centers.
• Monitor renewal schedules for corporate licenses, employee visas, IDs, and permits to avoid operational delays or fines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the United Arab Emirates.
• In-depth operational knowledge of UAE immigration laws, MOHRE portals, labor regulations, and government portals.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills; candidates with immediate availability are preferred.
