Job Description:
The Head of Technology, AI & Automation will direct tech strategy, manage multi-platform CRM systems, implement AI capabilities, and oversee IT architecture under executive management in Dubai. Discover additional tech leadership openings on our IT jobs portal.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the enterprise CRM platform across web, iOS, and Android applications for seamless performance and user experience.
- Develop and integrate custom AI features including intelligent lead scoring algorithms, automated follow-up flows, and real-time analytics dashboards.
- Oversee company website operations, site architecture, search engine optimization (SEO), cybersecurity, and server reliability.
- Build and deploy operational AI tools, smart chatbots, and automated property assistants to enhance client engagement.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, maintaining high system availability, data security, and efficient technology workflows.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to formulate and execute a long-term technology and digital innovation roadmap.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven technical experience leading CRM administration, full-stack web development, and cloud IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks, RESTful APIs, automation workflow platforms, and intelligent chatbot development.
- Strong analytical, project management, and technical troubleshooting capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; prior technical experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
