Job Description:

The Cost Control Manager will manage project budgeting, cost forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and variance reporting across multi-million dirham EPC projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and cost reporting activities.
• Perform budget versus actual cost analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Monitor procurement commitments, subcontractor costs, and overall project expenditures.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Track project financial performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Oversee cost control activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize ERP systems and project cost management tools for financial tracking and reporting.
• Prepare trend analysis reports and management presentations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Extensive experience in cost control within EPC, Oil & Gas, Civil Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, and ERP tools.
• PMP, ACCA, CMA, or cost management certifications are advantageous.
