About the Role:

ALCHEMY is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in Abu Dhabi within the Oil & Gas sector. This position is ideal for HR professionals with a decade of proven experience who are ready to oversee payroll operations, personnel management, and compliance functions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

The HR Supervisor will lead essential HR functions, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws, focusing heavily on accurate payroll management and providing comprehensive personnel support in a high-stakes industry environment.

Payroll Management:

  • Supervise all payroll processes to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary distribution.
  • Maintain payroll databases and update employee compensation records regularly.
  • Prepare payroll summaries, pension contributions, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) reports.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and collaborate with finance on audits and budget preparations.

Personnel Affairs:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Oversee personnel files, employment contracts, and documentation compliance.
  • Address employee concerns about salaries, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, training programs, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Safeguard employee data confidentiality and maintain integrity in HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems is mandatory.
  • Expert knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance best practices.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
