About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Fresh Produce Quality Assurance and QC Operations team based in the UAE. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products meet the highest standards of freshness and compliance with quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Inspector will conduct detailed inspections of fresh produce to verify compliance with international quality standards, oversee proper handling and storage, prepare daily performance reports, and coordinate corrective measures for non-conforming products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of fresh produce to verify compliance with company and international quality standards.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and transportation of fresh produce to maintain optimal quality.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on inspection outcomes and product quality performance.
- Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective measures.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain smooth QA/QC operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline.
- Sound understanding of fresh produce quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in a food quality inspection role is preferred but fresh graduates currently residing in the UAE are also encouraged to apply.
