Customer Service Coordinator – Dubai Industrial City, UAE | Logistics & Supply

About the Role:

A leading company in the logistics and supply sector is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a temporary role (1–2 months) based in Dubai Industrial City (DIC). The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, accurately processing orders in SAP, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Coordinator will handle all customer queries (phone/email), accurately input and track orders (LPO) using SAP, coordinate stock availability and deliveries with the logistics team, and manage daily operational and office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone and email; escalate to Sales Manager when required.
• Input and track orders (LPO) in SAP.
• Coordinate deliveries, check stock availability, and communicate with logistics.
• Follow up with customers for timely fulfillment.
• Manage daily office and operational tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• MUST BE RESIDING IN THE UAE and hold a Freelance, own, or spouse visa.
• Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in Customer Service (Mandatory).
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Female candidates must be confident in handling warehouse/transport coordination.
