🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger: Manage daily accounting entries, maintain the chart of accounts, and perform meticulous expense tracking.
  • Invoicing & AR: Prepare accurate invoices, process vendor payments, and proactively follow up with clients on outstanding Statement of Accounts (SOAs).
  • Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
  • Financial Closing: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all accruals and prepayments are properly accounted for.
  • Compliance: Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and act as the primary point of coordination for external auditors.
  • Reporting: Generate timely financial statements and summary reports for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is mandatory.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a solid track record within the UAE market.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
  • Precision: High level of accuracy, extreme attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet strict financial deadlines.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
