🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• VAT Compliance: Handle complete VAT calculations and filings, ensuring full adherence to UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare precise financial reports and balance sheets in accordance with both company policy and UAE regulatory standards.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, providing all necessary documentation and reconciliations.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform timely reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the management team to provide data-driven insights for financial planning and investment decisions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven accounting experience within the UAE market.
• Industry Expertise: Prior experience in Real Estate or Property Management accounting is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE VAT laws and standard accounting principles (IFRS).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills.
