Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can manage key accounting functions within the construction sector for management and audit review. You will be responsible for handling accounts receivable, WPS processing, payroll coordination, and financial reporting in accordance with UAE regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Contracting Finance and proficiency in modern accounting software. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments across our Abu Dhabi projects.
• Handle WPS processing and coordinate payroll activities to meet management and regulatory labor standards.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding vendor payments, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
• Maintain precise financial records while ensuring strict compliance with UAE accounting regulations.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and advanced MS Excel for efficient monthly closing and financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional UAE experience; background in construction or contracting is strictly mandatory.
• Strong background in management of accounts receivable, vendor payments, and WPS workflows.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE financial laws and audit compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; immediate availability is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; a UAE driving license is preferred for this role.
