Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can handle receivables and payables with precision for management and audit review. You will be responsible for cash posting, uploading invoices to online portals, and managing sub-contract applications using advanced analytical tools. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Data Handling and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate cash posting and ensure precise reconciliation of financial records across our Dubai operations.
  • Upload invoices to various online portals in a timely and organized manner to meet management and service standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and AR teams regarding sub-contract applications and operational documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure the highest level of accuracy in all financial data handling processes.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and advanced Excel tools for efficient reporting and administrative support.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Accounting Qualification from a recognized academic institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable and payable functions within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of financial portals, invoice uploads, and cash reconciliation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding advanced Excel reporting and financial accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strictly mandatory for this role.
