Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-focused and experienced Accountant to support our financial operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain financial integrity for management and fiscal review. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Principles and a proactive approach to budgeting and tax preparations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements to meet management and periodic reporting targets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in bank reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and financial records.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and auditors to support internal and external audit processes and tax-related preparations.
• Assist in budgeting activities and financial forecasting to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Odoo to optimize financial reporting and accuracy.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• Proven professional experience specifically in an Accountant or similar fiscal role.
• Strong background in management of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and budgeting processes.
• Professional background in education or training regarding accounting software (Tally/Odoo/QuickBooks) and financial regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a dynamic financial system in Dubai.
