Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a structured manufacturing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle complete accounting processes up to finalization for management and audit review. You will be responsible for managing AP/AR functions, performing regular bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Financial Processes and UAE Accounting Principles and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate financial records. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounting processes up to finalization of accounts to meet management and reporting targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in AP/AR functions, bank reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to manage month-end and year-end closing activities accurately.
- Ensure all financial operations and reporting are in full compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems to optimize financial tracking and professional manufacturing reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting along with a Mandatory MBA Qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience specifically within UAE-based accounting roles.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory for technical understanding of industrial finance.
- Strong background in management of financial processes, finalization of accounts, and strict audit protocols.
- Professional background in education or training regarding manufacturing-specific accounting principles and UAE financial standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work under pressure, and meet strict financial deadlines.
- Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 10 days is highly preferred.
